Eden Oliver is a performer, Song writer, and educator located in Victoria, BC.

A song writer and multi-instrumentalist, Eden currently performs, records and tours nationally and internationally with her indie-prog-chamber-folk-roots group West My Friend while maintaining a busy schedule with teaching and other musical collaborations. Her work with West My Friend has garnered nominations for Vancouver Islands “Roots Album of the Year” and “Song of the Year” as well as a nomination in the Canadian Folk Music Award’s Oliver Schroer “Pushing the Boundaries” category. With “powerfully eclectic” vocals (Brad Edwards, Play in Victoria) and a song writing style deeply rooted in the west coast’s ramshackle collection of quirky folk, her musical narrative keeps your attention rapt.
